A healthy heart muscle is essential for a healthy lifestyle. According to The Uk Department of Health guidelines it is recommended that we should be taking some sort of moderate exercise for a least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week in order to stay healthy. They also recommend 2 muscle strengthening sessions per week. In addition is has also been proven that our bones can begin to lose strength and weaken without some sort of impact being placed on them on a regular basis.

Our aerobic classes are a perfect way to help you achieve these guidelines in a supportive and friendly environment. My aerobic classes are fun and varied and a great way to stay in shape. They can be uniquely tailored to be as unique as you are.If you prefer to keep things low impact (no jumping) then that option is always given and demonstrated through out the class for you to follow. If on the other hand you really want a high impact (with jumping) class then you can follow those instructions and demonstrations instead. Therefore there are people of all fitness levels, abilities and ages safely exercising in these classes.

After a thorough warm up there is a cardio section to the class where we aim to get the heart rate up to a level that feels comfortable to you. And then following a cool down we work on some muscle strengthening and toning exercises. These are often performed as mat work. Then a relaxing gentle stretch follows to increase mobility and create long adaptable muscles.

These classes are pay as you come so you can just come along whenever it suits you.

You can also buy a package of 6 classes to be used at any of my aerobic classes during the term which works out a little cheaper.

Please feel free to come along and have a go! I look forwards to seeing you there!
